Comprehensive
Reference Service
We provide a comprehensive reference and vetting service to fully screen potential tenants. We only accept people who are professional and pass all of our strict criteria – providing you with peace of mind that your tenants are reliable. We also manage all aspects of tenants’ deposits and subscribe to the My Deposits scheme, so if there are any issues or difficulties around returning a deposit to a tenant, this is managed by an independent third party.
Property Maintenance and Periodic Inspections
We have our own dedicated property maintenance team consisting of a very reliable handyman and a cleaning service. This means that any maintenance or repair issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, keeping tenants happy and taking excellent care of your property. We provide light refurbishment at your request and this service is often most useful just before tenants move in.
We carry out periodic inspections of the properties that we manage. Periodic inspections are vitally important to you the landlord, so that you know that your property is being properly cared for. We identify any problems and any remedial work which may need to be carried out on the property and which tenants may not have told us about. We get these fixed quickly so they don’t escalate into more serious problems.
